Shipping policy

  • Orders placed before 3pm (excluding personalized items) are shipped same day.

  • Orders placed after 3pm are shipped the next business day.

  • We ship on Saturdays for orders placed before 11am.

  • Personalized items require 1 day to process and will be shipped the next available day—this means they may take up to 2 days to ship depending on when the order is placed.

  • All orders, unless otherwise stated, are shipped via An Post from Ireland.

  • We are as transparent as we can be regarding postage costs, please contact us if you feel the postage is wrong and we will do our best to rectify the issue!
